Canadian customers have the option to check out using our Protected Checkout feature. If you opted in to Protected Checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order that qualify for a refund. Return requests should be submitted through our customer portal. If you opted out, you can still submit your return through our portal. However, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Return labels should be purchased through our returns portal.

Start A Return

US and International customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping cost, plus any duties and taxes if/when applicable (outside of Canada). To request a return, please email orders@vspconsignment.com with your order number. Once a team member has verified the return, the item must be returned to VSP Consignment at the client's expense (shipping fee and duties) within seven days of the approval date. The original shipping cost, duties and taxes (outside of Canada) will not be refunded.

Any items returned to VSP that fall outside our return policy will be sent back to the client at their expense or consigned on their behalf. 

VSP is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that may occur during the return shipment process.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 48 hours of receiving the return, as long as the item is in its original condition with all packaging.
