Online orders ship Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing and ensure your full address, including unit number, is provided. All shipments include tracking and insurance up to $100 CAD. For full-coverage insurance, please contact our team directly for a custom shipping quote. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Undeliverable orders will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense or cancelled without notice.

VSP Consignment and Vespucci are not responsible for stolen, lost, damaged, or delayed orders once shipped. Delivery delays do not qualify for compensation, penalties, or cancellation. For any delivery issues, please contact the carrier or your financial institution. False or fraudulent chargeback claims will be disputed. VSP Consignment reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion. 

Taxes & Duties

Taxes are not included in the sale price and will be added, where applicable by law, to all Canadian orders. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any Canadian sales tax. VSP Consignment is not responsible for any additional duties or taxes. Please refer to the customs legislation in your country of residence for more information on additional duties and taxes.

Estimated shipping times do not include customs clearance. If the shipment is refused, the recipient will still be liable for shipping fees, taxes, and any additional customs duties. Certain countries may require a valid ID to release a package. 

Condition & Liability

At VSP Consignment, every item we offer is carefully inspected and authenticated before it becomes available for purchase. As a consignment retailer, we offer pre-owned products, and their condition reflects their prior use and wear. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, detailed photographs, and transparent condition assessments so you can shop with confidence.

Please note that VSP Consignment is responsible only for the condition of an item upon receipt from the consignor. Because we do not manufacture these products, we cannot assume liability for any issues that arise from original production or craftsmanship—such as hardware or zipper failures, sole separation, seam tears, or other manufacturer-related defects that may appear after purchase.

By shopping with us, you acknowledge the nature of consignment: items are pre-owned, may show signs of wear, and may not perform like new goods. We encourage all customers to review the product details and condition notes carefully prior to purchasing.
