I've shopped VSP many times both online and in-store and both experiences are great. Often I may see things online that I like and want to go try them on in person but I always end up leaving with more than I planned. It's a bit dangerous to start browsing the racks actually, especially if a sale is on! I have found the staff friendly and helpful and the pricing very fair for the quality or state of the particular good. The best selection of the luxury secondhand that I shop from as well. Definitely recommend!

Friendly staff with a great inventory. Usually has a wide range of items; you will probably find something you like at some point. Items are usually priced very reasonably. The store can be busy during certain times but the staff still do a great job of helping everyone out.

Fantastic service. I got my order within 4 business days. The item was in an excellent condition (as described). Highly recommend for environmentally conscious shoppers who are also looking to shop luxury at a reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend.
