Returns & Refunds
Returns: Canada
Canadian customers can check out using our REDO Flat Rate return feature on eligible products. If you opted in to REDO Flat Rate return, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order that qualify for a refund. Return requests should be submitted through our customer portal. If you opted out, you can still submit your return through our portal. However, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Return labels should be purchased through our returns portal.
Returns: USA & International
US and International customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping cost, plus any duties and taxes if/when applicable (outside of Canada). To request a return, please email orders@vspconsignment.com with your order number. Once a team member has verified the return, the item must be returned to VSP Consignment at the client's expense (shipping fee and duties) within seven days of the approval date. The original shipping cost, duties and taxes (outside of Canada) will not be refunded.
Any items returned to VSP that fall outside our return policy will be sent back to the client at the client's expense or consigned on the client's behalf.
Eligible online purchases may be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with tags attached, within 7 days of the delivery date or the in-store pick-up confirmation email. The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Handbags
- Jewelry
- Accessories
- Swimwear
- Kidswear
- Homeware
- Sale items are listed at 20% off or higher
- Any item in "As Is" or "Vintage" condition
- Purchases made with Afterpay, layaway, full/partial store credit
- All in-store purchases
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 48 hours of receipt of the return, provided the item is in its original condition and includes all packaging.
Condition & Liability
At VSP Consignment, every item we offer is carefully inspected and authenticated before it becomes available for purchase. As a consignment retailer, we offer all products as pre-owned, and their unique condition reflects their previous life and wear. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, detailed photographs, and transparent condition assessments so you can shop with confidence.
Please note that VSP Consignment is responsible only for the condition of an item as it was received from the consignor. Because we do not manufacture these products, we cannot assume liability for any issues that arise from original production or craftsmanship—such as hardware or zipper failures, sole separation, seam tears, or other manufacturer-related defects that may appear after purchase.
By shopping with us, you acknowledge the nature of consignment: items are pre-owned, may show signs of wear, and may not perform like new goods. We encourage all customers to review the product details and condition notes carefully prior to purchasing.
