Tiffany & Co.

Originally founded in 1837 by Charles Lewis Tiffany and John B. Lewis as a “stationary and fancy goods emporium”, by 1853 the company was known as Tiffany & Co., and became a retailer with a focus on jewellery, particularly diamonds and sterling silver. In the early 1900s Tiffany established itself by becoming “the world’s diamond authority”, known for introducing customers to fabulous gems from around the world. Tiffany became synonymous with high-society families and stylish women, including famed editor Diana Vreeland, and designers Elsa Peretti and Paloma Picasso, who created collections of jewellery that are still in production today. During the 1990s the brand presented the idea that jewellery can be both affordable and luxe, and continue to uphold that idea with modern classics like their silver chain necklaces and bracelets, bearing tags with the company stamp. In recent years Tiffany has reimagined and relaunched its HardWare collection, featured Beyonce and Jay-Z in an ad campaign, and collaborated with Nike on an Air Force 1 design and matching silver accessories.

Condition Chart

VSP Consignment hand-selects our collections by our stylists to include masterfully crafted, versatile, and contemporary pieces. Although many of our pieces are pre-owned, we strive to collect items of excellent condition, but on occasion, there may be slight signs of wear. We try our best to mention all flaws in our product descriptions. On pieces that do not include the size and fabric tag, we make an educated guess to the best of our ability, and it is noted in the description.
