Refund policy
RETURNS
Eligible full-price online purchases may be returned in original condition, unworn and unused, with tags attached, within the stated return window of 7 days. The items listed below are final sale and excluded from online returns:
- Handbags
- Jewelry
- Accessories
- Swimwear
- Kidswear
- Homeware
- Sale items listed at 20% off or higher
- Any item in As Is or Vintage condition
- Purchases made with Afterpay, Shop Installments, layaway, or full/partial store credit
Return requests should be submitted through our customer portal on our online site. If you opted out, you can still submit your return through our online returns portal. However, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Return labels should be purchased through our returns portal.
US and International customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs, plus any duties and taxes if/when applicable (outside of Canada). To request a return, please email orders@vspconsignment.com with your order number. Once a team member has verified the return, the item must be returned to VSP Consignment at the client's expense (shipping fee and duties) within seven days of the approval date. The original shipping cost, duties and taxes (outside of Canada) will not be refunded.
VSP is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that may occur during the return shipment process.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 48 hours of receipt of the return, provided the item is in its original condition and includes all packaging.
