As a Sales Lead at VSP Consignment in Toronto, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of client experience, contributing to sales goals, and maintaining an impeccable visual presentation in alignment with VSP's business objectives.

Operations:

• Support various departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and availability.
• Build extensive knowledge of luxury designers and products to serve clients better.
• Stay informed about relevant sales, promotions, and fashion trends.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of VSP's client experience, consignment, and store policies.
• Ensure timely completion of Front of House administrative duties.
• Follow all security and loss prevention protocols.
• Implement and maintain merchandising as per the selling season and promotions.
• Lead by example to create a positive work environment.
• Participate in 'Opening' and 'End of Day' tasks as directed by Management.
• Achieve daily/weekly goals and tasks set by Management.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, resetting and sanitizing at the end of each shift.

Clients:

• Provide exemplary client experience, making clients feel comfortable and welcome.
• Gain knowledge of VIP clients to ensure proper maintenance and service.
• Communicate seamlessly with clients in person, through email, phone, and text.
• Work towards high client retention through clienteling and relationship building.
• Collaborate with Management to meet daily sales goals and propose creative solutions.
• Assist clients with inquiries, product issues, and sales, ensuring effective communication.
• Pass off sensitive client communications to Management.
• Seek and develop relations to build a personal client book.
• Implement opportunities to elevate the overall client experience.
• Utilize the VSP 'Wish-list' for sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Strong team player with attention to detail and task orientation.
• Flexibility to provide interdepartmental support as determined by Management.

Working Conditions:

• This position involves working at a retail store location with direct public interaction.
• Standing or sitting for long periods is required.
• Lifting boxes and merchandise up to 40 lbs may be required.
• Extended periods of looking at a computer screen.
• Working in a basement may be necessary.
• Working on weekends, holidays, and peak periods may be required.
