RATES

Domestic orders (Canada) are processed and shipped by Canada Post, and international orders are by DHL Express. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday to the delivery address provided, excluding holidays. Please allow 24 hours for processing and make sure to give all address details, including apartment/suite/building number and company name if applicable. We do not ship to PO boxes unless additional information is provided.

Orders will include a tracking number and will be insured for up to $100 CDN. Orders that cannot be received for whatever reason will either be re-shipped (at the customer’s expense) or cancelled.

VSP Consignment is not responsible for any loss or delays of products following shipment from VSP Consignment to the shipping address. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling an order.

IN-STORE PICK-UP
All items featured online are reflective of our in-store inventory in Toronto and Calgary. An in-store pick-up option is available for all online orders and can be picked up at 1410 Dundas St. West, Toronto, ON, or 8244 Elbow Dr. SW, Calgary, AB, during store hours. The shipping address must be from Ontario or Alberta for the in-store pick-up option to appear during checkout. Orders will be ready for pick up 24 hours after being placed, with no need to confirm unless contacted otherwise. VSP Consignment is not responsible for orders not picked up after 90 days.

TAXES & DUTIES
Taxes are not included in the sale price and will be added where applicable by law for all Canadian orders. All orders placed outside of Canada will not include duties and taxes at checkout. International orders will be shipped Duty Delivery Unpaid (DDU). Your order may incur duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. Your local customs authority determines these fees, and payment of these fees is obligatory to obtain your order. VSP Consignment is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties. If the recipient refuses the order, the recipient is responsible for additional shipping, customs, duties, and taxes. For more information, please get in touch with your local customs office. Estimated shipping times do not include customs clearance, and VSP Consignment is not responsible for additional duties or taxes. In the case of refusal, the recipient will still be liable for any shipping fees, taxes and other customs duties.
